Dominion Village is an affordable alternative to condo living that provides a housing option for residents to secure their future by accommodating for life changes without having to leave their community. The brand was designed to reflect the urban nature of the project. I refined and finalized the logo design, then carefully chose the imagery, font pairings, colours, and created a brand pattern that speaks to the target audience.
