Whole Food Vegan Chili Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Large Carrots ( sliced )
  • 2 Large White Onions ( chopped )
  • 4-5 Celery Stalks ( chopped )
  • 3 Large Tomatoes ( chopped )
  • ½ Jalepeno
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 ½ Cups of Raw Red Split Lentils
  • 1 ½ Cups of Raw Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 Cups of Corn
  • 1 tbsp of Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp of Crushed Chili Peppers
  • 1-2 tbsp of Chili Powder
  • 5-6 Cups of Water

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 7 hours.
