4 Winter Outfits
Tis the season for a winter lookbook! I styled four different outfits to hopefully give you a little outfit inspiration. Now I know most of these aren’t very practical for your average day in a Canadian winter ( sigh ), and usually I’m extremely bundled from head to toe so I don’t get frostbite, but me dressed in all my winter gear doesn’t make for a very fun lookbook. So here’s a few outfits for those nice winter days!
This outfit is one of my favourites. I love a long jacket, and I feel like they are just so classic and timeless. I paired up my dark denim, and over the knee boots for an added layer of warmth. I love this cream sweater because of the cut out detail it has with the choker neck, so it really acts as the statement of the look. I accessorized with a cream hat to match the sweater, and a small backpack as a bag.
This outfit is a little more casual and relaxed. I love a big oversized sweater in the winter, so I decided to wear one paired with some cozy leggings for comfort. My boots are knee high grey boots which I thought complimented the sweater nicely without being to matchy-matchy. The jacket adds a pop of colour and really brings this outfit all together. I accessorized with a grey scarf, mittens, a brown bag, and glasses.
I decided to swap out pants and opt for a skirt with this look. Typically I wear this skirt in the summer, but it’s a great piece for the year round. I’ll usually only wear a darker skirt in the winter so I can pair it with dark tights – otherwise I find it looks odd with a lighter skirt and dark tights. I threw on my red sweater for a pop of colour, and tucked it into the skirt. Lastly, I’m wearing my long jacket again, black Chelsea boots, and some cat eye sunnies.
This outfit is another one of my favourites, you really can’t go wrong with an all black look. I’m wearing my black jeans again with the over the knee boots, and my basic black long sleeve top tucked into the jeans. For a jacket I’m wearing this faux Sherpa one in all black, and I accessorized with my necklace, a grey hat, an scarf.
